This IS the whole point of PharoahCore: the same architecture serves every vertical. SurgicalSight is the same phone-companion + /glasses/ pattern applied to a surgical field-notes/HUD reference tool. Building and demoing it on this proven, already-live architecture needs no new clearance - the regulated-device gate is specifically about using it for real clinical decisions on real patients, a separate, narrower question that stays intact (do not ship to patients without proper clinical gates).
